I was able to schedule a full removal of all weeds, Mila designed for me all project within a few hours, Crew planted trees and laid it down and install everything in 3 days . "Ted McFadden of Sureshine did an excellent job on my countertop. I chipped the edge of the countertop and was certain it was not fixable. Ted completed the work Saturday. He arrived on time, brought the proper equipment, fixed the chip and repaired the grout behind the countertop. He also found a small crack in the corner of the granite and repaired that as well. The job was not inexpensive, however I paid a very high price for the countertop and it needed a real craftsman for the job. I would hire this company again for any stone or granite work. Also, this was estimated at being a 1 month job, but after the progress during the first week I can't see it going more then 2 or 2.5 weeks total. "Got three bids from local concrete people. Unique concrete was very competitive on pricing and was very good with following up. There was a small snafu when they cancelled a day before the first scheduled work day, but Ignacio explained the mix up and made sure we would be taken care of. Workday the workers showed up early. Ignacio was there to make sure all went well. Workers were polite and efficient. Cleaned up afterwards. We had one small area that needed follow up and Ignacio was very responsive and had someone over the next morning to fix it. Our project was small, and most places weren't interested or wanted ridiculous fees. Unique Concrete explained there wasn't much money to be made here but they were doing this as a courtesy to build good relations for future work or referrals. We will definitely work with them again. Ignacio was great."
