"Mike is a great project lead. As with all failed sewer replacement, there were a number of unknowns. The final cost was three times the initial estimate but at each stage, I was fully informed of potential problems and costs. They scoped the completely deteriorated line as far as possible. The big problem with a job like this is that once the sewer is out of service, you have to press forward to completion. The crew worked over a weekend. I have no doubts that this professional crew gave me service at the lowest possible cost."

"Everything went very well.  Pavel Farcas did the work, and I was very grateful that he was able to come out today so we could have our main bathroom back.  He replaced the leaky line, and we decided that it made sense to replace all the bathroom water lines since all were poor-grade builder pipe and almost 30 years old.  If one had cracked, it would not be long before the others did as well, and my husband and I wanted to avoid major water damage in the future.  The price was VERY reasonable, the work was done quickly and neatly, and we are very happy with everything.  I have already discussed several other future projects with Pavel and will definitely have him back to do the work when we are ready.

"The actual plumbing work--installation of hose bib and pressure regulator--was performed quickly and I've had no issues over the past 2 months.  The whole-house inspection was "free" with the purchase of the hose bib through Angie's List, though the inspection is really just an opportunity for the plumber to recommend additional services at additional costs, including a maintenance plan.  I can envision some situations where an inspection would be beneficial, but in my case the inspection felt like a sales job, particularly with regards to the maintenance plan.  
Overall, the service was acceptable quality, but I was put off by the "inspection" process that followed the plumbing work.  For this reason, I would use a different provider in the future.
