"It went great! They were a few minutes late--due to train and called me, which I very much appreciated. They came in and with canvas and plastic sheeting encased the entire area in the kitchen to keep the mess to a minimum. They were very polite and really hard workers. They never even stopped for lunch. They were careful to keep the door closed--as I could not find one of my cats and I was afraid he would get out. They removed the previous old light fixture and then patched the wall. I was asked where I wanted the placement of the four new lights and wow--just like that--four new holes were drilled and four new lights installed. They dry walled the entire area and not a seam shows. They ensured the lights go on from both switches. Clean up was done quickly and there was zero mess for me to clean up. After I had purchased this item on Angie's list--Mr. Dove had emailed me with a list of questions about the light fixture and informed me about the process and the time it would take. I've had several house repairs/changes done in the past--this light fixture replacement was by far--the best, quickest and professional job I've ever has done. "Solar 360 did everything well.  My wife and I have been interested in solar for awhile and became familiar with it.  We then had three different companies visit but we just could not trust any of them.  They were expensive and dishonest and none of them used American-made equipment.  When Solar 360 visited, it was a different story.  Vincent Curcie was very professional and honest and sold us on his company.  And they cost less.
We are happy to report Solar 360 uses only American-made solar panels and American-made inverters.  This, along with the honesty of Vince, was a great selling point.  We are very happy with his communication and professionalism
I have a goal of getting an electric car, but the only 240 Volt line into my garage is used by the air conditioner.  Solar 360's electricians dug a trench about 30 feet long from the electric panel to the garage and installed two separate high voltage plugs in the garage.  A new larger electric circuit-breaker box was required and installed and it looks better than the old smaller one. The solar  panels were installed in one day.  The City of Irvine inspectors passed the installation.

The service showed up at the time promised. They quickly got to work, removing screens, washing them, and setting them aside to dry. All windows and tracks were thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. Screens were re-installed.

The crew was friendly and professional.

"The work took place in a small condo. Used an Angie's List referral for the initial contact with the current provider after the original electrician did not respond to several  messages left on his business recorder. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the provider answered all questions regarding the installation.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
