"The installer, Gerold, arrived on time and was very professional.  He used protective mats from the front door to the area where he was working and cleaned up everything each day.  The initial installation of the shower and commode was completed in the promised two days.  When we realized that the seat was not as large as originally promised, my salesman Nick came by quickly and promised a prompt solution.  Instead of having to wait weeks for the original manufacturer to cut the proper size, Nick took the time to find a local marble company to have a seat cut that is actually nicer than the original product at no added cost."
