"My experience really could not have been better. Tyler worked with me on the selection of an ideal hardwood flooring for my home. Additionally, we did a hand-woven wool carpet on the stairs, and they re-tiled my fireplace. The selection process was educational with zero pressure. Josh and Albert were my installers for the hardwood and tile. They were thorough in everything they did, and worked with me on the nuances of certain areas. They were punctual, communicative, and respectful. Any construction process in your home is going to be stressful, but they made it easy, and they were a pleasure to have around. Arturo installed my carpet, which only took a few hours. He did a great job. These people care about what they're doing and are masters of their craft. I've already referred them to several people and will use them again."

"Juan was great and very knowledgeable. We contacted Juan for an estimate to repair parts of a recently installed whole house vinyl floor (planks). Juan responded immediately our contact via Angie's List. Juan was at our home within 24 hours as promised. Juan reviewed our needs and inspected the floor. He provided 2 estimates which were VERY competitive and included material. Unfortunately we were unable to hire Juan because of some money constraints on our end. But Juan's communication and experience with flooring was a definite eyeopener. I would hire Juan with confidence and without hesitation. He will definitely have my business in the future!"

"Excellent!! Javier and his co-workers did a fantastic job. Javier worked with me to order the exact amount of material from a vendor out of state. We could not find the type of wood I wanted here. They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"I found out the day before new carpet was to be installed that the vendor would not nail/screw down squeaky floorboards.  I called several handymen, and Byron was the only one available to come by that same day.  When he arrived, he tried to dissuade me from installing carpet over what he presumed to be hardwood floors, even though I told him that carpet was being installed the next day.  (It ended up being a non-issue, since we soon found out that we didn't have hardwood floors.)  He explained that he couldn't nail down the plywood planks and would instead have to screw them down to secure them for the long-term.  That tripled the price he quoted over the phone.  After several minutes of negotiating, we agreed upon a price for the floorboard work as well as odds and ends (fixing a running toilet, hanging some shelves, changing an air filter, reattaching a light fixture).  He was friendly and very talkative; I would have been frustrated if I were paying by the hour, but he bid for the job, so I didn't mind.  He was very helpful and thought through the consequences of certain actions before beginning his work.  When asked to take a look at a sprinkler head that wasn't working, he said that he doesn't do that type of work.  Also, he did a short-term fix for our running toilet, but it didn't fix the problem.  (He didn't bid to do any major plumbing help.)  Overall, I was very happy.
