We finally called KC Sewer Repair, and after doing a very thorough video diagnostic, the owner decided the issue could be solved another way. He installed an "air assisted" toilet. Now we can take care of business with one flush! They literally saved us thousands of dollars by being smart, honest, and caring, treating us with respect. "The user disputes a $785 charge from Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling, including $400 for 1.1 pounds of Freon that was unnecessary. Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."
