"I requested 2 bids thru Angie’s, I had 1 cold-caller stop at my door – they were working down the street, & I stopped by a neighbor’s while their roof was being worked & requested contact. 2 of the bids were significantly higher than the other 2. Call-caller inspection was cursory at best, never got on the roof – looked from my ladder in a few spots and was the highest labor & base mat’ls + everything else was out-of-scope w/ M&L to be priced during the job. Search showed they were an out-of-town Mgt LLC that hired local contractors thru pre-negotiated terms (glass, roofs, HVAC) w/ individuals to drive around soliciting. 3 contractors were local companies with references. All were professional, prompt in returning calls & arriving to inspect my roof. All produced very similar scope of work & all advised me of Bldg Code updates that would need to be completed. 1 was large, 1 medium, & 1 small family owned & operated. All were scheduling within a couple of weeks of each other. "

His experienced crew worked diligently and completed the job in a timely manner. Upon completion they cleaned up the yard removing any debris, including nails. I am completely satisfied with Honor Roofing and would definitely use them again."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They came out and replaced my roof in February. It has leaked 5 times since then. Instead of fixing the roof, they?ve added about 2 gallons of caulking around the ac unit. I told them it would still leak, they said no, and then it leaked again. And again. And again. And again. And again. I told them the water damage indoors would make my 40 pound ceiling light fall, they said no. The next morning it fell 14 feet about a foot away from my head. I had another leak last week (not shocking at all considering half the shingles are not laid properly, and they just ?fixed it? by slopping sealant all over a ?brand new roof?). This time they refused to fix the water damage inside, and PAINTED OVER the bubbling paint and damaged drywall. They never paid me for the light fixture, never fixed the tiles in my kitchen that got broken from the light falling. They never fixed my roof and they didn?t fix the water damage inside. I paid 20k for a new roof only to have ext"

"My roof project was completed in a timely manner with respectful employees who provided daily updates on the progress of the project. During the sales pitch and pre contract agreement, my sales person was up front about the work and provided a timeline of the project. Our new roof looks wonderful and has since been tested with several storms and our roof has held up. Our old roof have several rotted pieces of ply wood that the workers showed me so I was up to date on the work being done. I have great confidence that this will be a one time project."

"DO NOT HIRE ECO ROOFING SOLUTIONS! I had to contact the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) to get them to fix their shoddy work, then they demanded I withdraw my complaint for them to come back and fix the problems they created! The ROC investigates contractors, such as ECO, who do not perform work in a professional and workmanlike manner. The ROC assesses civil penalties and can suspend or revoke licenses. The ROC state agency told them to fix their work, including an IMPROPERLY INSTALLED a bent and damaged Gas B-vent pipe, which is needed for safe furnace operation. A bad gas B-vent can be very dangerous as it can lead to CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING by allowing combustion gases to LEAK INTO YOUR HOME instead of being properly exhausted outdoors. They were also told to fix their improperly applied mortar which was cracking and crumbling, and to haul away roofing items they previously refused to take away. SEE THE PICTURES OF THEIR WORK.
