He was very easy to reach when we needed to communicate with him, and prompt in returning calls when messages were left. received 9 bids. Rene the owner of Express Roofing come out to quote the  roof as well. What he had to say compared what the other roofers had to say is why we picked Express Roofing. Rene went thru in details and explaned what and how he was going to do. Verses the other roofers were allot more vague. Rene had his pencil sharpened and ready.

There were a total of three people I communicated with during the process. After accepting and giving the"OK' to work I was contacted by a gentleman names Jeff "office manager". Very impressed with the commumication from Jeff. He kept me informed via email and always returned or  answered my phone calls same day for the most part.

The third person I had allot of contact with was Ricardo, ( Job foreman) I would get up in the morning (still dark) There would be Ricardo waiting for other workers to show up. Once able to see (sun up) Work begain, And didn't stop till dark. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day very well leaving no messes from previous day.  Very impressed!!

 The crew worked five straight day till completion. Workers very detailed and everything was done to my liking.

As for the "charge ups. (additional work that needed to be done on top of original bid) Very fair and worked with me.

Express roofing was not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive.

"While we were first dubious about having someone who came to our front door offering to do our roofing, we definitely were not disappointed. Anthony saw our job through from beginning to end. He worked closely with our insurance company and all work was done just as promised. We absolutely would recommend Frontline for your roof replacement and plan on calling them in the fall to do our exterior painting."

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

"The person that came out to discuss it with us she was wonderful, she new everything and every question we had she either answered it herself or found the answer elsewhere. The gentleman that arranged the installation was really good the installers were clean and left everything very neat. I was very satisfied with them."
