We kept him informed of what we had purchased, and he was always good to communicate to us what the job schedule would be. We were very impressed with the young man would did the painting and installation of the light and exhaust fan. We had originally bought Snapstone for the tile floor and Dave explained that it was more expensive than ceramic so we returned the Snapstone and went with Dave's suggestion. We are so glad we did. The tile floor turned out beautifully. We would definitely use Apex Design in the future if we have other remodeling jobs. Approximate cost includes the extra we had done in our master bath and the fixtures we purchased ($1250 of the Big Deal price was allowed for bath, flooring, vanity, sink, etc.)"

The build out went on schedule as we had great weather. As changes were identified during construction any issues were brought to my attention immediately so that we could decide on what was the correct approach. Greg was challenged to find an old style of brick for the outside base of the extension but was able to locate it and get it installed. His team was meticulous in the outside design to match the character of my home.? Once painted you cannot tell that anything was added.?
