"I am very impressed to deal with Emil . The work went very professional and fantastic eventhough not completely done 100% but I am sure will come beautiful more than we expected. Very seldom now to find someone honest and professional gives advice to save some money and less money for him. Emil is available seven days a week to answer any question or concern. All crew's working from bottom of their heart like this is their own house with using technology tools to do the Job. "Sergo (the owner), Leo, and his team at Picasso Construction did not let me down on the second, very large renovation. This was a whole-townhome renovation in a 40-year old building, and required a lot of major work (bathrooms, floors, reconfiguring the kitchen, lighting, etc). All of this was complicated by the pandemic, by me (the owner) living 30 min away, construction materials not being readily available, etc etc. Nonetheless, Sergo and his team came through, and did a great job under these difficult circumstances and Iâ m very pleased. They were always on time, came when they promised to come (unusual in this business) and completed my project on time and pretty much on budget. I felt that I could trust them to get the work done. Sergo will not to let you down even once the work is done and if something is wrong, as can often happen, he will show up and resolve any issues. This is critical in a large renovation.
