"Prior owners of the house had had extensive work done on the foundation, but we still had very undeven floors and problems with it. They realized the pillars that had been put in prior were on top of cinder blocks and were shifting at different times. They removed all of them and replaced them by drilling down and concreting in new ones. Ours floors are much better, but of course we have cracks over doors etc which is to be expected. Suggested against and quot;too much vegetationand quot; (ie: many potted plants) so close to the house as it might attract insects. With quarterly treatments, we rarely ever see insects inside.
