One was related to a minor issue related to installation that appeared during the winter and was quickly dealt with and three calls were related to an issue outside of their control that was tricky to resolve. They were able to get the issue resolved through alot of research and once it was dialed in I have not had a repeat. While I haven't yet had a chance to see the full effect (not tested with strong thunderstorm), it looks like he did a solid job quickly with cleaning gutters (not sure why gutter cleaning not an option under HomeAdvisor) and without hassle (despite HomeAdvisor's poor customer service - long story). Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. However I do feel that this problem falls on the company that was contracted not Choice Home Warranty!"
