"Eddie Durrant from Valley Plumbing replaced an old faucet in my small bathroom. The drain area in the sink was chipped and old, he worked very hard to get the new drain replacement to seal. We thought it was good, but after he left it started to leak around the drain. I called Valley Plumbing and they had Eddie come back out before he went to his next job. He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home."

I also had a sliding glass door put in. My old one had fallen apart before my scheduled install date. I called them and they found a way to get it put in early. "We had a water main pipe burst underneath our house, and needed to get a galvanized pipe replaced with a copper pipe running from the street to under our house. We had gotten several estimates from other plumbers and Neighborly had the best deal. When Matt came over he identified the issue very quickly and described what would need to be done. We had recently done some landscaping in the front yard and planted native & pollinator-friendly plants and didn't want any of them damaged. Neighborly was the only one that offered to hand dig the holes needed for a trenchless water main installation in order to protect the plants. They showed great care in the work they were doing and their receptionist and scheduler Julie was very kind, informative, and transparent with everything. I ended up having them install a tankless water heater shortly after their water main work as well. Overall an amazing, trustworthy, and caring team with great up-front pricing."
