"Michael arrived exactly on time and took me to sign a lease on my new apartment, stopping twice along the way so I could buy a money order for the security deposit.  He had memorized directions to the new place, which were complicated - we had no problems finding the place and he got me there right on time.  Picking out my apartment and signing the lease took much longer than expected and he waited patiently for over an hour and a half.  He then brought me home.  This was the second time I had used his service and I was just as pleased the second time as the first.  I had to reschedule twice and he was very pleasant about it - in fact he was very pleasant and professional in all our interactions. "Excellent work done on replacing an existing Central AC system. They used adequate measures to protect the interior of the house during the replacement and cleaned up all work areas. They were very professional. The only negative thing was in relation to communications. A scheduled appointment was more than an hour late and i had to call to see if they were still coming. On at least one occasion it took more than a day to get a return email. Having been a project manager for various mechanical and electrical jobs, I understand the need to keep the information flowing between the customer and provider."

"I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. ABS professionally reattached the bumper at no charge...without even telling me! I continue to be delighted by their excellent service. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
