Trevor gave me the initial estimate and updated the estimate when our priorities and budget changed. Kell was a pleasure to work with. It was nice to have him in our home. He's friendly and knowledgeable. When an issue with the subfloor required additional work, Kell made sure I knew how much it would cost to repair. He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. This was clearly explained before, so I wasn't blindsided and could decide which option would be best for me. It was a fantastic experience all around!"

I was immediately made aware of changes due to supply chain disruption and other small mishaps that happen with renovation projects. John even made himself available to meet with an outside team (hot tub delivery crew) while I was out of the country. It's evident they take pride in their work and care about their clients. "We had a vision of what we wanted to do with the side lot of our house. Found Drew and the team and they took our idea, refined it and made it a reality. They were professional, on time, and true experts. The kicker is that we had a wind storm blow a few of the elements of our fence down after construction. Drew and team fixed it better than what it was before. You end up rolling the dice a bit on the search for a landscaping contractor, but man this is one of the best decisions we have made.
