"Technician Jacob came out to the house to perform a furnace tune-up. We had been having some issues with short cycling and it turned out to be a dirty/corroded flame sensor. Jacob was extremely professional and courteous, conducted a very thorough tune-up, and took the time to answer our questions. Upfront pricing with no surprises and no attempts at upselling. We purchased the $199 special for the furnace tune-up and, later this Spring, A/C tune-up. Trip charges were included in the $199. The purchase and installation process went very smoothly. I was contacted quickly by Howen and got an appointment that worked for my schedule. The installer was on time and did the work very quickly. He also did a quick check up on my garage door and cleaned up nicely. 
In all, this was a very good experience and we are very happy with the new opener.
