Only needed to stay out of kitchen for less than 36 hours. Clark was very professional and easy to work with. They put selected stain samples on the floor so we could make our choice. Left clear instructions on what to avoid in first week (e.g. no rugs, dogs) and recommended cleaning supplies. Payment upon completion. Accepted credit card. Took about 6 weeks to schedule, which wasn't an issue for us. We highly recommend Clark Hardwood."
