Techs arrived quickly and completed the project promptly, leaving the area neat and clean. Based on the seemingly simple and brief work, even after applying the HomeAdvisor offer, I was shocked at the high cost. I ended up using them a 2nd time to replace a water heater (during COVID). They worked with me to select a lower-cost water heater, which they picked up from the retailer instead of being forced to buy their more expensive unit.
