And follow the process just as he explained. "Daryl was early, but had called to see if it was OK to come over before the scheduled time. He immediately got to work. A few hours later he had completed the job (all tiles are now white) and he very carefully explained when we would be able to use the bath again - how long the curing process takes - and left detailed instructions on care/questions. He also left zero mess!
Almost 3 months later, I was cleaning the bath and found two small spots that were not fully white. Seriously, they were so small that they only way I saw them was on my hands and knees cleaning the corners. But - once found - they loomed large in my mind. I called Eastern. They set up a follow-up appointment. Daryl came back out and corrected the issue and all is well.
I had decided on Eastern based on a friend's recommendation and am heartily glad that I did so. I found them to be professional, responsible and their work to be superb.

"Back in early March Junior reglazed my bathtub. A few hours after he left I noticed there was a section that looked odd; I attempted to rub it off, but it had already hardened. I immediately called Junior who said that he must have dropped some caulk on the tub surface. I don't understand how he did not see the caulk himself. He then suggested that I rub it off and I let him know that I had already tried to, but it was hard. I was not going to scrap it off for fear of scratching the glaze and then I'd have a peeling tub and $445 down the drain. He said that he would stop by the following weekend to remove the caulk. That was in March. Since then, he scheduled several appointments to come out, but each time he was a no show. The tub is bright white and shiny, which makes the clump of dried caulk stick out like a sore thumb. Also, when Junior arrived to look at the tub, he gave me an upsell suggestion to do something to the tub surround. He said that it would “make the surround look brand new for an additional $50. That was not right. He did nothing to the surround. I know because the same dried water beads that were on the wall when he arrived were there when he left. Overall, with the exception of the clump of dried caulk, the tub came out nice. However, customer service and ones character are as important."

"The plumber successfully installed the faucet on the kitchen sink, but I declined to have him install the smaller bar faucet I had bought because it was going to cost another $365. This provided doesn't work by the hour but rather offers services at flat rates based on the job, and the prices seemed extremely high to me. The total cost I paid was $100 less than the flat rate because of the Angie's List deal that I bought, but I hope that I can find a provided who has more reasonable prices.
