"We had a large water leak in our line between the meter and our house. A locator had to come out to find it. We were losing approximately 1 1/2 gallons a minute. As soon as the locator showed us the approximate location, we knew that we needed to have a tree removed to be able to dig up and fix the leak. Sunrise Landscaping came out and did a great job! I thought that they were only going to remove the tree and locate the leak but to my surprise, they were also able to repair the line!! They did an awesome job and were very professional! The leak was about two feet down and two feet in under our driveway. Not an easy fix and they did it without cutting our concrete. I highly recommend Sunrise!"

"Mary Peterson, CEO & Lead Designer, and her assistant arrived early in the window promised. This is an interior LED landscape (in the atrium) lighting, five lights with one not working - I already determined it was not the bulb. Mary quickly isolated the problem, a faulty junction, replaced the part and made a new run to the fixture- let there be light! Both were friendly, efficient and restored the garden so that you could not notice what work had been done. I hope I don't need NOL again but if I do, I will call them first. Which reminds me, A large local lighting company gave me five recommendations for someone to work on this problem. I contacted three of them and none of them returned my inquiry. I called Northwest Outdoor Lighting on my own and received a call back the next morning. I will be contacting that lighting company and insist they add Northwest Outdoor Lighting to their list of recommendations."

"Paul was a great help as I wanted some lights outside my new home. He did a wonderful job, explaining problems and fixing some other items for me. I would hire him again for any job. He knows what he is doing and does it by the book, permits and all."

"The problem is that they did some work. I asked them if they needed to pull permits and they said no. But then when another electrical company did some electrical work, the inspector came to inspect their work I also asked them to take a look at the work that B & G did in the kitchen just to give us an idea if we needed electrical work. They looked at it and they said that B & G didn't pull the electrical permit for it. But they did the work and I tried to call them back but I couldn't reach them. I plan to call them on Monday to go over why they didn't need to pull the permit. Other than that the work is fine it's just that there are a few things they will have to come back and fix."

I should also note that Steve Higa proactively beat out another estimate I had gotten for the new fence, so I had to admire that initiative and drive to get this particular contract! So I would say: Definitely get other bids for comparison, and ask Steve to see if he can do the work for the price you want to pay."
