"We are very happy with the service and the value. Daniel has some really experienced subcontractors in his arsenal and was able to help us achieve a substantial renovation at a very reasonable price. He was flexible as our design plans changed and had good ideas and pushed us to do a couple larger projects that we were a bit uncertain about until we understood how feasible it was to accomplish. The results speak for themselves."

"We hired Valentine-Blade Construction to replace the collapsed awning over our deck, which had failed under heavy snow load in January 2023. The project involved demolishing the damaged awning and deck, rebuilding the deck with new footings, and constructing a new awning. The work was completed on schedule and within budget, with exceptional quality and attention to detail. Valentine-Bladeâ s professionalism truly stood out. Their communication was top-notch; they kept me informed throughout the project with progress photographs and phone calls whenever decisions needed to be made. At one point, they discovered rot that would have compromised the structure. They quickly proposed a cost-effective solution that allowed the project to stay on track without delays. What impressed me most was their responsiveness. Within minutes of posting a request for a bid on Angie, Jake Valentine reached out to me. In contrast, other contractors either didnâ t respond or failed to follow through, even after I contacted them independently. Valentine-Blade was a breath of fresh air, handling everything with professionalism and reliability from start to finish. Overall, working with Valentine-Blade Construction was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend them for any construction project in Coconino County. Their responsiveness, quality of work, and attention to detail are second to none!"

"Excellent quality of service! Project was done quickly, they were always prompt, and superb attention to detail. Final project turned out great!"

"John and his crew did an excellent job of painting the whole exterior of the house. They did everything John said they would do plus. Everything was better than I expected. I would recommend John and his crew to anyone that needs a house painted."

"They are very simple to work with and they're very sweet people. They went out on their way to help me and had to drive and find the right materials for me. Without me having to be onsite they are taking care of everything, even though I was not physically present they are very hands on."

"I have had the opportunity to work with JC builders on a few different project's and There work is through and clean. They are qualified contractors and they do an excellent job from the framing to the drywall and paint. They did the remodel in my previous home which was a model home and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. They built a beautiful outdoor wood deck for my father in law a few months ago complete with wood burning and stain. Thank you JC Builders you guys are the best!"

"From beginning to end, Ricardo made sure to be thorough on what needed to be done and saw to it for full completion. He and his team did a full interior paint and understood where we were coming from and helped us repair and paint to be in a better situation. Very glad for frequent updates on the progress and was glad Ricardo had an eye for quality on his work. Thankful he and his team were able to repair/replace stucco that had mold on it, repair the source of a leak and install our new water heater. Ricardo is very knowledgeable in his craft and saw he was able to care for big items like our mold situation down to the garage door not properly opening. I’ll be sure to seek out Ricardo again for our next project and all things home improvement, renovation or remodelling!"

"Rocky Mountain was a lifesaver. We had just moved into a new home and our 2nd night there the master shower leaked and we didn't discover it until FOUR people had showered. The ceiling swelled up and collapsed and I panicked!! I'd heard of Rocky Mountain through family who'd used them (my grandma's home flooded and they made it look like new) so I knew they were the only call I would be making. Someone was there within an hour of my call, maybe less, and they were amazing. They also worked with our insurance company to save us some trouble. And when it turned out the plumber our home warranty hired didn't do the job right and the shower leaked AGAIN right after it had been repaired, RMR came out and re-repaired the same spot! Our ceiling looks fantastic. Amazing company, amazing employees. Will hire again the next time there's a small disaster I'm facing!!"

"So I needed a shelf fixed. I got a response almost immediately. The install was better then the contractors that put in the d*** thing years ago. Will definitely use again for any repairs that may come up. Thank you!!"

"They were very thorough and conscientious. They showed up on time and did a good job."
