"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. "Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck."

"Gus Moniodis of 4 Seasons Construction, LLC did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. My house was built in the early 70’s and the kitchen needed to be gone. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"
