"I compared their estimate to one other company. The other company had an outrageous number of sprinkler heads (33) that didn't make sense and made it part of our meeting to speak badly of other companies. However, all along Dave from Chesapeake seemed professional and trustworthy, and their price was lower. Chesapeake's proposal of 19 sprinkler heads made much more sense. They were wiling to work with me and put the job on hold until I was able to have a landscape company grade our yard and install sod. That Landscape company ended up being a hassle to communicate with and schedule. Because of the issues with the landscape company we were not the easiest customers to work with. But all along Dave was very patient and willing to work around the landscape company's schedule. Chesapeake came to our house on at least five occasions to complete the install and work around the landscape company. But when the day of the sod install finally came, they made me a special priority to complete the job. They knew the importance of having irrigation with new sod. They were there completing the job and working around the sod installers. The entire job was not perfect, but who is? I was a little unhappy with the damage their machine did to the grass in the front yard. It had rained for a few days before they came. So their heavy machine created muddy ruts and killed the grass. Lastly, I had an issue with the placement of one of the heads. I contacted Dave and his guys came out and moved it the same day without any questions or added charges. Given the chance I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to family and friends."

"It was a pleasure working with Custom Soneworks and Design. The original start date was pushed back because of weather but Tony called and informed me early. His crew came out on the following week and began the project. Any delays were due to weather related issues not his quality of workmanship. Work was scheduled for a Friday but still was finished within a week even with the weather delays included. He did give the option of 2 designs that I asked for, the other was a little less expensive which I did not purchase. The crew returned removed the forms from the concrete pour replaced the dirt around the side of the Pad and cleaned up the area and I did not know they had returned and finished."

Wade Pryor’s installed five tall and very tall trees last Spring have survived nicely after the first year. I credit him for proper preparation of the holes, height of root ball and installation of drip irrigation system.
