"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"The choice of floors was excellent. The The salespeople were very informative and patient. The installers did expert work. The office people were helpful. Every one of these people were pleasant. We are completely satisfied."

"Provided excellent temp fix for a leaning fence. Winter ground prevented the permanent fix, but it was very important to contain pets. Arrived on time, respected property and cleaned up when finished. Great job in a hurry!"

"Great experience overall. They did a very good job installing my new flooring. The work was professional, clean, and completed with great attention to detail. They were also very reasonably priced compared to other options. I’m very happy with how the floors turned out and would definitely recommend them."

"The vinyl floor selections were limited but they did have one we liked. It was installed quickly and they did a great job making it look beautiful!"

"Morgan Floor came inlater to complete the left out job and did it successfully."

"We were very happy with the work Dameon did. Quality work and fairly priced. He installed a walk-in shower, bathroom vanity, and hardwood laminate floors. We love our new bathroom! We will definitely use this company in the future for all installation and repair work that needs to be completed!"

"All I can say is "Wow!" Steve was so professional! The job is the best ever. The floor looks brand new. The scratches, spots, and warp are gone. Steve was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. If the floor needs to be refinished in the future, I'll definitely call McDowell's. He even cleaned up after himself! This is a professional I can highly recommend!"

"We called to get a estimate scheduled, Jay Nyboer came out in a timely manner he was very pleasant and professional. He listened to what we wanted to have done came back within a week with the estimates. We agreed on the price and the date his company could do the job. Even though the date we agreed on had to be rescheduled 3 days later...the men were here bright and early and got started. The men were friendly and seem to know what needed to be done...we had one day delay because it rained but they were back the next day ready to work. When the roof was completed the men cleaned up very well. There was a 4 day delay from when the roof was complete and the gutters were installed. My husband had to call Jay to find out what was going on and it seem to be a communication error on their part. The different crew men that came to install the gutters were also friendly, it was a very hot day, but they completed the job and we are pleased with the work. We are very pleased with all the work we had done and will hire Nyboer again when needed."

"Fast response. Great communication! Good quality workmanship. On time delivery!"
