"Technician came and diagnosed the issues and stated he would need to open up the roof. Came back another day and discovered that the problem would not require opening the ceiling. Ran to home depot to get some supplies and came back and had lights in my 2nd, 3rd floor bathrooms, and hallway working again within a hour. All in all it wound up costing me a 1/3 of the qouted price. Very promopt, professional and kind and absolutely will use them for any electrical needs I have in the future. "Might have been better to wire (c wire installation) to its own transformer rather than using the transformer directly attached to furnace - thermostat shuts down when furnace LWC light goes on (intermittent as an auto refill is attached) and does not restart itself (thermostat) until I turn the furnace switch on/off ??? Will have to have the furnace man check/correct this during the annual service this fall."
