"cLay Services was responsive, timely, and competitively priced. We are distant owners, and they worked well directly with our tenant. They came when they said they would, and communicated the recommended solution to us. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty controller board (a $600 repair). This was confirmed by another estimate we got, and definitely a much preferred solution to another company's evaluation that we needed to replace the entire system for a cost of $8,000 - $10,000. "Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."

"Really great experience. Called AD3 after finding that faucet would not turn the water off after watering my lawn. Adrian answered and explained that he was on a job but he would get another plumber to come more quickly. He called back within a few minutes and said someone would be coming soon. Within 20 mins. A Diaz Plumbing van arrived and 2 very experienced and nice plumbers quickly got to work replacing the faucet! All of this occurred in less than an hour and the cost was very reasonable. Adrian Diaz and AD3 are now on my contact list. My water bill thanks them!!"

"Nathan impressed from the time I first met him. He was far more professional than other contractors in terms of describing how his company works and what I should expect if I worked with him. He also has a nice showroom where you can look a variety of cabinets in different styles and colors as well as countertops. We ended up getting a countertop that he suggested. We would never had picked it on our own but it ended up looking amazing in our kitchen. We had him do a complete remodel of our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The guys on his crew were always prompt and showed up as scheduled. His foreman was both a good communicator and listener. Whenever we ran into an unexpected issue, they communicated clearly what additional costs would be involved (if any) and how much additional time it might take. The cabinets he installed were custom made but did not cost more than the pre-fab ones you can buy at the large home improvement stores. They are of high quality and well constructed. I actually saw his cabinet guy using a small caliper to make sure the door distances from the cabinets were all even! Lastly...here's something you'll never hear about a contractor...he finished AHEAD of time! Nathan's company are straight shooters and very skilled craftsmen. I would work with them again."
