"I highly recommend without any reservations AAA Tile Masters. The work I requested to have done was to clean, reseal and polish my Travertine tile. From the beginning starting with a prompt reply and then a timely and accommodating appointment set-up by David to come out and give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and fair. An agreed upon day was scheduled and they (David & Angel) arrived right on-time as scheduled. The scope of the work they would do was explained first and then the work was done. The quality of their work was excellent. David was very friendly and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable on what needed to be done with my tile. Angel also was quite knowledgeable and knew what he was doing as well. They worked well together as a team. They consistently included me from start to finish informing me of every aspect of what they were doing and why. After they had finished we did a final inspection. A few days after the job there was some touch up that needed to be done. David without hesitation and as soon as possible scheduled an appointment to take care of this. He consulted with me first on what needed to be touched up. He completed the touch up work that needed to be done in a thorough and exceptional manner. "First off, if you don't speak Spanish, you will need to get his secretaries cell number to set up an appointment as he doesn't speak English that well, but understands it. He normally works with an associate who does speak both languages fluently so once you agree on the work it goes fairly well. Secondly, Senor Garcia is the only tile guy on Angie's List who does repairs it seems, most will rip out and install a new floor, but we had custom tile over the entire first floor and only wanted the cracked and lifted tiles replaced. He works mostly on weekend for small jobs, came out and gave us a verbal estimate and started work according to our schedule. He ended up having to do a bit more work and came back on a work day to finish it off. I had to do the grout sealing and a bit of the clean up, but all in all a top notch job, and the extra work did not cost us much more than the estimate."
