When we finally decided to take the leap, we were so glad that we connected with Duane and H&H Contracting. Duane was prompt in consulting with us and sent us a bid within a couple of days. He had the experience to handle the improvements that we wanted to make and to suggest things that we might add to the project that would make the look of our home more polished and cohesive. Duane handled permitting, ordering materials, a whole network of subcontractors and all those things that would have stressed us to no end! The project came in very close to budget despite some subfloor issues and changes that came up along the way. We feel like we have a brand new home, and we canâ t wait until we can enjoy entertaining family and friends in this lovely space (if this pandemic ever ends!) "We had a very good experience working with Pro Image, We started by getting an estimate from another firm. The representative of that firm was always late for meetings with us, took a long time to get us their estimate, and the estimate was much higher than we expected. The experience with Pro Image and its owner, Kevin, was much different. Kevin was on time for the first meeting, and every meeting after that. We got the estimate within a day or two, and it was much more reasonable. They remodeled a bath, a family room, a laundry room, and a bedroom, and the work was great. The remodel was not simple, because they framed in new ceilings in 3 of the rooms, modified several windows and door sizes, and framed out two walls in the bedroom to hide the foundation. They made great suggestions on materials and people to work with that made the process go very smoothly. The work was done on time and within the original estimate. Kevin and all of his crew were friendly, courteous, and efficient, a joy to work with. So much so, that we have already hired them for an additional job."

"Allexsis , Contractor for IBS first immediately answered my call and had me shoot over picture off my phone to see what he could do for me concerning damaged Cabinet drawer. I agreed to see what he had to say concerning work & price & was impressed that he showed up @ time he told me. Was amazed that he repaired from Company Van with all of his own tools & made look like before, replaced damaged wood attached to drawer front and even added reinforcement piece underneath while also straightening out metal rails. While here had other small project of putting together a bathroom cabinet that was in shipped in box in alot of scattered pieces with nuts & bolts. Asked Alexis if he could put together for me & save me the time. He agreed & put together quickly & even mounted on wall for me with better reinforcement. Work was done promptly and excellent job with both tasks. Very Happy with his work & will continue to use Company for any Handyman job or work needed on home. Highly recommend."
