Had after 11 yrs our gas hot water tank go south and shut down right when I brought my mom home from the hospital after being away for a month, I took pictures of the tank and area and issues and Josh got us secure in no time even with a crazy schedule and we were back again enjoying hot water with a new tank!! Neat, clean and knowledgeable is the entire group of guys and we couldn't be more grateful!! Have problems, questions or concerns do yourself and family a favor and call J&O Plumbing first!! "They called letting me know when they were coming. The guys showed up, diagnosed the problem.( leak in kitchen pipe leading to drip in basement) fixed the drip. Overall, courteous, professional, and friendly. Would hire again!"
