Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again."

The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation.
