"I have been using East Coast Comfort for heating and air-conditioning for years and I have always been pleased. They installed a new system for us years ago, did it for far less than other estimates we received, and we have reduced our energy costs because of it."

"Mike Anderson was the technician and he did a great job with installation and estimates for future service."

"The technician, Frank Peterson, was very knowledgeable about my heating system. He got it up and running in short order. There will hopefully be follow up on the needed repairs to keep the system running efficiently."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Joe was great he installed three baseboard radiators. Would hire company again."

"Everything went exactly as quoted and PK Mech did a wonderful job installing a aesthetically pleasing new Luxaire Heater and Air conditioning system!"

"When I called them about it, it was not something that they were willing to remediate. They just priced it so high. It was not reasonable. For their installation, they did a good job. They paid attention to sizing the vents correctly. They were on time. They were polite. I didn't have any personal problems with them."

"I left the vehicle at the service station and a courtesy ride was provided to my residence. Vehicle was ready at agreed upon time. The vehicle passed inspection, but I also appreciated the manager bringing to my attention that the tires would likely require replacement before the next annual inspection.

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"The work went very well.
The workers were professional, friendly, and thorough. The installation was the day after July 5th on the July 4th weekend and the company worked us in during a heat wave when we desperately needed air conditioning.
Because babies and the elderly are especially prone to heat related problems the owner of the company was sensitive to our needs.
His workers stayed until 11:30 pm finishing the job after starting early in the morning.
The workers patiently explained how to operate the system and cleaned up well after the job was done.
We would recommend them to anyone needing a central air conditioning/heating unit.
