"Repair went well. Requested a quote online for a dryer repair through Angies List with House Appliance Repairs late Friday night. Our dryer was running however it was not heating up and actually drying the clothes. On Saturday morning by 830AM, Frank called me to discuss the issue and provided a description of what could be wrong with the dryer. He also provided estimates for the different possible issues and provided a window he would be out at the house that day. Frank texted me that he was on his way, arrived promptly, examined the dryer, let me know what the issue was, and let me know what the cost would be. He fixed the dryer quickly and even cleaned out the dryer vent while he was here. Fast response, great work, would recommend and use House Appliance Repairs again. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable to me."

"I had their repair men fix my dryer. It needed a new belt,they didn't have it in there truck so they needed to order it. When they came back they discovered the manufacturer put the wrong belt in the plastic wrapping. They needed to order the belt again. The repair then took two weeks. I'm sure they didn't make much profit on that repair and I was annoyed at the length of time it took. However I was happy with their actual repair service and will probably call them for other repairs because they are only "a call away. ""
