"We have had two bathrooms remodeled by Matthew Ray Homes and are extremely pleased with the results. We had a smaller bath done first and were so satisfied with the results that we had no hesitations to have Matt block out time in his schedule to have the more complex Master Bathroom remodeled six month later. Matt and his crew proved to be very easy to work with and very competent in the trades they performed. The quality of the work is excellent. While we had a reasonable plan as to what we wanted to have done in both bathrooms to modernize and update them, Matt provided useful suggestions that helped us fine tune the final design in a form constructable for Matt and appealing to us. Having the expectations of what the final product should look and function like prior to any demo work proved beneficial to both Matt and to us. Matt was very helpful in recommending products to be used and assisted in obtaining those we had difficulty in providing. The crews that Matt utilized, whether it be his own people or subcontractors, were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, skilled at their trade, and conscientious to do the job correctly. They all made sure of what we wanted before starting their work, asked questions to confirm what was to be done, identified any issues as they became aware of them, offered solutions as needed, considered our input, cleaned up the job site each day, and checked to make sure we were satisfied with the work up to that point. The tile work on the walls and floors was especially well done. We would highly recommend Matt and his crew for any home remodeling project. "Todd and his crew are very friendly, professional, and competent. My only complaint and it is not really a complaint is that they are very busy and it took three months to get to my bathroom remodel, although there was an intervening hurricane during that time. The job grew from just enlarging the bathroom door and putting safety bars in the bathroom to a complete tearout and replacement of all fixtures and tile. This involved electrical, plumbing. painting, carpentry, and drywall work. The price was very competitive with the other estimates I had. What I really appreciated was they repaired the ceiling damage in August right after I signed the contract and months before the bathroom work, and just a few weeks before Hurricane Matthew. The other contractors who submitted estimates were more interested in doing the bathroom remodel than the ceiling repair. They started the Monday after Thanksgiving and were there every weekday until the job was finished on Wednesday, December 20. They were very responsive to any questions or requests I had. The costs grew as the job grew as I had several additions to the job such as a bathroom fan and a shower seat which my handicapped daughter requested and Todd was quick to accommodate. I am not able to download pictures right now but everyone who has seen the bathroom compliments how beautiful and modern it now looks (compared to the old late 60s bathroom it was), especially the tile work. Todd told me the job might take six weeks but they completed the job in a little over three and it was a nice Christmas present for my daughter. Todd and his crew are to be complimented for being very professional and efficient in all areas of the job and I would definitely call them again if the need arises."

"Very reasonable price, everything else top noch! High quality wood doors used, excellent hardware. replaced old drawers entirely and fixed the panel under the sink so the surface is waterproof. Order time was exact, always on time or early to work, and is very detailed. We will refer him to our friends and when the time comes, hire him again for another home we have."
