"Carmel exteriors did a fantastic job replacing our roof! The level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and communication was without question better than anyone else that has ever worked on our home. Kirby the supervisor was professional, and quick to respond to our requests. They were able to complete the majority of work within 1 day. We would definitely recommend them no question. Choose this company for any roofing related issues, you will not be disappointed!"

"

Atlantic Siding began when they said. The job was very extensive and labor intensive as there was a considerable amount of replacement wood involved. They were very professional and always available for questions we had. They let us know about major problems and how they would be handled and whether we approved or not.

The job was completed quickly and the final result was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely recommend Atlantic Siding to others.

"Emanuel took the old roof off and put on a metal roof with a skylight ...he did an amazing job. We are very pleased and happy that we found him to do the job. They are very personable and very good to work with. He wants his customers to be satisfied before he leaves the job. He is very trustworthy and does what he says. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to call them for any other job we need."

"I got a Assessment of what needed to be done because of the damage to my roof it was covered by my insurance. They showed up on time and followed through with the project. I liked the fact that there was no leftover debris or nails in my yard from the roofing. I had a question later and they got back to me right away."

"The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing
deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding. The job was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Somebody referred us to Maximus and when I called and
talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was relatively small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was that we had a concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowing water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He finished the total project today in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.
