He did say that my springs were a problem and showed my why. Because of his honesty and professionalism, I had him replace the springs, rollers and opener (because of it's age). He did it in less than 2 hours and I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door problem."

"I purchased a new insulated double-car garage door for my mother-in-law after one of her springs broke and bent the original non-insulated door in half. I have installed such garage doors a couple of time in my lifetime and started installing this one. It took me a whole day to dismantle to old door and framing, and then put the new four insulated panels together. At that point, I wanted to make sure the rest of the installation was done correctly so I called Overhead Door for a quote to complete the job. The remaining work required the installer to install the top rails, install and wind the two coil springs onto the top roller tube, re-attached the garage door opener, and then make sure everything worked properly. Brandon spent about 75 minutes completing the task and he did a great job. The only criticism I have is the cost for his work which was $285, but that price was set by the owner. Since I had already done about 50% of the installation work, I would have expected the cost for the remaining installation to be around $200 instead of the $285. Despite this cost, I was pleased with Brandon's work and he certainly knew what he was doing. The new garage door works as expected and now my mother-in-law can pull her car into her garage when she gets home instead of having to leave it in the driveway. At age 80, my wife and I worry about her getting into her home safely and now she can do that again."
