"Mr. Do Carmo built a $30,000 paver patio for me less than three years ago. While building it I pointed out that we should add drainage but he assured me that it would not need it. Since I am not a contractor I took his word for it. Over the next two years, I reached out to him multiple times because the stones were sinking. He came by, free of charge, and re-leveled them and even added a drain pipe. After the drain pipe was added, I would go out during rain storms and see if it was working. To my surprise, it was not. I texted Dean two pictures of the pump, he was able to give me a quote over text and the price was quite reasonable. He received a new pump on 5/22/2023 and came over to my house.
