Get matched with top deck, fence, patio or porch clean and sealers in Patuxent River, MD

"Exceptional Work and Even Better People! This small, family-owned business did an incredible job sealing cracks in our foundation, painting the foundation and front porch, sealing the driveway, and installing gutter guards. They exceeded expectations in cost, time, and quality. The workmanship was outstanding, but what truly stood out was how kind, honest, and genuine the team was—just really good people. I’ll definitely be using their services again and will recommend them to all my contacts without hesitation."

"They did excellent work, on time, and on budget. Their workers were courteous and made sure the work was done right. I had them install railing on my deck, wrap the deck in PVC board, and add river rock under the deck. I also had them repair the roof to my shed and repair the rock facade to my front porch. Chase, by far, exceeded my expectations and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone doing remodeling."

"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.
Overall, I would give them a B-.

"This company did an excellent job.  House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better.  I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house.  I was given an appointment for the following week the same  day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed.  The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done.  By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed.  They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place.  Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed.

"they replaced shingles, replaced siding and repainted, painted interior rooms, replaced 5 windows, installed custom shower door"

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."

"wasn't able to do the project in the time frame so we didn't use him.  He was very quick to call back and set up a meeting.  Said he would be able to do the job but then saw it and said no he couldn't.  His pricing was good but he was just a one man service with no helpers.

"Excellent job cleaning house siding, front porch, sidewalk, driveway, basement steps, gutters, and windows in/out, including screens. Santos and teammate arrived timely, were friendly and courteous, and worked efficiently around the house to complete this job. They performed quality work on all portions of this large project. Highly recommend a&c services and would hire them again."

"Extremely happy with finished results. They powered washer my entire house, then my front porch and my driveway. The price was much cheaper than what my lawn care service quoted. I like that they use chlorine to kill the pollen and algae vs. just plain water. The technician was punctual, professional and put everything on my porch back in place. I will use them for my future PW needs."

"We bought an Angie's List package for a garage door tune up. The person who came recommended we change the spring as it was too weak for the door's weight. After we made the change, the door is MUCH quieter to operate and water does not seep in the garage under the door as it used to. We are very satisfied with the services that were performed"
