"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did. 
Overall, I would give them a B-.

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. "Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act!

"Jorge, Jorge Jr. and their crew are a VERY professional outfit. After taking several estimates from the top-rated Angie's listed contractors in my area, I decided to go with George's Painting based not only on price(his estimate was about the median of all) but based on the very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable Jorge. He came onsite to do the estimate, and made me feel very confident in his crew's ability to do the job.
He impressed me with his knowledge of the process of cleaning and staining fences and decks.  Every question I had for him, he patiently answered. His group also did some minor carpentry work--replacing damaged fence boards and 4x4 deck posts-- Both performed to perfection. Jorge also stood out by mentioning that he preferred to use premium products so the job would last.
His crew was onsite promptly when promised (8:30 meant 8:30, not sometime around 10) Each crew member was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.
Any time I had to contact Jorge (as we were working on the final scope of work, etc..) he responded in a VERY timely manner.
The end product is the BEST looking back yard in my town-home area.
