THE CLEAN UP WAS COMPLETE AND I WAS ASKED TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE THEY NEEDED TO DO. PAT EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS ABOUT 4 MORE FT OF DUCT THAT WAS NOT SEEN BEFORE. I ALSO RECEIVED AN A.L. DISCOUNT OF 80"

"Jerry  came out and gave me an estimate within 24hrs of my call. The estimate included photo documentation of all the problems noted including some mold in the basement and kitchen that I missed.    <br /> I called back once I got bank approval and the crew started within a week.  The removal of the materials from the bathroom was completed, mold was cleaned from the basement walls, and the crew removed soiled and mold contaminated carpet.  <br /> Then the entire house was Ozone treated to get any remaining mold.   <br /> Not only was the work completed quickly and efficiently all the surfaces of the house were cleaned more than I expected. <br /> The home had been left in pretty rough shape and I was pleasantly surprised that not only was mold removed from any visible surface in the home but that many areas I did not expect to be mopped/cleaned were.  The guys were very neat in how they left the place and Jerry was very pleasant to deal with.
