"Jim arrived at my Moms house unsolicited. My mom is 90 years old and living alone. He charged her $6,200 for sealing a couple of wood trim pieces and caulking a couple of windows. He told her he replaced the cable on the roof connecting old lightning rods, but when I arrived to see what he had done for $6,200, the cable was not replaced. He only did about $500 worth of work, if that. He is a scammer and a liar. Not to be trusted for sure."

"The company installed a boiler system & radiant heating system for our home and we called for a repair in year two of operation. The owner, who is the only person in the company qualified for more complex jobs, is either overbooked, uninterested in the business, or some combination thereof. We were told that he would be available in two weeks but that no one knows his schedule. So, we couldn't actually schedule service. He ultimately resolved the issue within a month. The following winter was much worse. The system had issues again. From the first time at which we contacted the company, we waited 8 weeks for him to show up and diagnose the issue, and 12 weeks to fix the problem. Further, the issue was a glycol leak that was (1) expensive to resolve and (2) potential evidence of shoddy work in their first set of repairs. The company's technicians are professional and qualified for routine jobs. They are very responsive. However, given the poor management and excessive reliance on one person who seems uninterested in helping, I'd never recommend this company for any work."
