The water issues in our sun room were substantial, requiring replacement of all the wood siding, resealing of the skylight and masonry work. The whole job was finished off with fresh paint to match our existing paint. Dennis and his guys were fantastic! They did great work, were punctual and very conscientious. Dennis wasn’t happy until we were happy. We are very pleased with the work and plan to have him back next spring for the next round of renovations."

They explained things well and treated us as if we were the only house they were working on. "I had just had it worked on a few months before and they replaced about everything so I knew it could not be something major.  I called Whirlpool and they suggested the part that needed replaced.  He replaced it and it worked fine.  He was nice enough to not charge me for the part.  Whirlpool gave me a replacement # and he went to Lowes to get the replacement part in my behalf (he used one he had on the truck).
