"Dennis repaired all the rotten siding, including leaks in our roof, replaced a rotten door with a slider and repaired our front door. The water issues in our sun room were substantial, requiring replacement of all the wood siding, resealing of the skylight and masonry work. The whole job was finished off with fresh paint to match our existing paint. Dennis and his guys were fantastic! They did great work, were punctual and very conscientious. Dennis wasn’t happy until we were happy. We are very pleased with the work and plan to have him back next spring for the next round of renovations."

"Several months back, the area experienced extremely heavy rainstorms and hail. Unfortunately, my house was one of the many that experienced some leaking. Through a referral, I hired Noah and Gavin from JM Roofing and Property Innovators. For several weeks, I was in very close contact with both Noah and Gavin as they installed a new roof and custom flashing. I have only positive things to say about both of them. They were always on time and were very good about sending updates each day. Phenomenal customer service that I wish other contractors adopted. They explained things well and treated us as if we were the only house they were working on. I can attest to their quality of work as well - we have experienced several big storms since their work was complete and have not experienced further leaking. I would recommend Noah for roof work."

"We had a hot water tank that was leaking slowly. It was not an emergency but needed to be replaced before going on vacation in a week. Jack the owner and his associate are very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, honest Christian and very reasonable and fair. They got it done. I highly recommend Moretto Plumbing and Design. He even called the next day to make sure everything was good. You will not be disappointed."

"I had just had it worked on a few months before and they replaced about everything so I knew it could not be something major.  I called Whirlpool and they suggested the part that needed replaced.  He replaced it and it worked fine.  He was nice enough to not charge me for the part.  Whirlpool gave me a replacement # and he went to Lowes to get the replacement part in my behalf (he used one he had on the truck). I appreciated that."

"This is the second time we used R & R . Worked with project manager Ronnie. He came to the house to see the projects. He then coordinated his crew and sent Chad to repair the holes in the drywall and had his roof guy, Isaac, to access the situation on the roof to repair the leaks. Very timely and great follow through. Craftsmen are great, they are reliable, professional, and reliable! All involved were a pleasure to work with."

"Nick and Randy did a great job in installing crown molding through our living room, dining room and kitchen Nick is retired and doesn't take on major jobs but he is a skilled carpenter who will do some nice work for you at a reasonable cost. We will definitely call him for future work around our home. We had purchase the molding so the cost is for labor."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Pea Ridge, AR

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
