"The company came in a timely manner to give us an estimate. We liked the rep and products offered. We decided to go with a special
shake shingle siding and the regular siding. They scheduled to begin about a month after we paid our deposit. They arrived as scheduled each morning and stayed at work till lunch and time to go home. They always let me know if there was a change in the schedule for the day. They finished in their estimated time. The price was as expected. They were professional and did a neat job. Clean up was good, and they ran a magnet over the yard to pick up an metal and nails. They caulked around every edge.
The work was done 2 summers ago and the work has held up great. We have had a couple of problems...wind blew off a piece of siding, and the front door has had some issues with locking and shutting. They have called and scheduled a time to do the repairs right away and they were done to our satisfaction. They replaced a part on the door when they found it was defective from the factory.
Bottom line...we would recommend this company to our neighbors and family.

The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it.
