"Mark and his crew built us a beautiful new deck and screened porch. Mark was always communicating with us and explained everything - with reasonable rates, design suggestions, timeliness. The crew were professional and extremely hardworking everyday. We've been enjoying our new covered deck everyday since it was finished and are so glad we went with Blumen Good Decks for this project!"

"Make A Choice Home Exterior was a company that exceeded our expectations. After interviewing 5 different companies we knew they were the one that was going to assist us in the largest financial decision we had to make. We had never remodeled the exterior of our home, or any others and the task seemed overwhelming. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable in the process and took the time to listen to our concerns. His professional approach on “what is reasonable and customary” when starting a project of this scale made us both feel at ease. He provided many different options for repair, replacement and kept it all within our stated budget. Choosing the paint colors was the only thing he said was, a personal preference and mentioned that Sherwin Williams is the best choice for exterior paint, and they have any colors that meet your expectations. Project took 2 weeks and came in on budget. Their crew was employed by MAC and not sub-contractors. They were on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and very respectful of our property. On Time. On Budget. Amazing results. If you are interested in having work done, please contact Chuck and the team at MAC."

"Make A Choice was challenged with a huge job on our 39 year old house and met it with fantastic quality work, service and skills. Our job involved rebuilding our entire siding chimney, replacing much siding and rotted work, reworking and painting soffits, new gutters, putting on leaf guards, misc. exterior repairs, rebuilding our front porch railings and painting the entire house. We were absolutely thrilled to see the A+ job they did, sticking to their bid, working quickly and with very skilled workers (best painting I've ever had). Chuck, our job manager, was on top of everything - he quickly made any requested changes or corretions, and was very knowledgable about all aspects of home construction. The owner was always there when the city came to inspect for permits, and the house was built to all the codes. We are not used to having such perfect work from uncomplaining constructions folks! Make a Choice was one of the best decisions we ever made - thank you Make a Choice!"

"Excellent and quality work. I have hired Legado Construction’s services for two large projects including deck remodeling and a full basement finishing. I’ve also used their services for a small project of backsplash installation, and would hire them again. I have two or three more projects that will be done by them as well. Great results and always professional."

""I recently had my porch and deck maintained by Burkes Property Improvement , and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was incredibly professional, arriving on time and fully equipped with everything needed for the job. They were meticulous in their work, ensuring every nook and cranny was cleaned and restored to perfection. The quality of their craftsmanship really stood out, and they used high-quality materials that have significantly improved the look and durability of my deck. I highly recommend burkes property improvement for anyone looking to enhance the beauty and longevity of their outdoor spaces. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly top-notch!""

"Great company I can rely on. I had such a good experience with him. He is a great communicator and professional. I highly recommend this company for staining your deck."

"I partnered with Atlanta Porch and Patio to bring my dream screened porch to life, and the final result is exactly what I had envisioned. The design is stunning, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. I’ve already spent countless hours enjoying the space, and I know it will be my go-to spot for relaxing at home. One piece of advice I’d offer: if you don’t already have a land survey, consider getting one before signing a contract. It will help uncover any potential obstacles early on, so you can make a fully informed decision before committing financially. The porch was absolutely worth the effort in the end, but there’s no guarantee your variance request will be approved if you require one. Communication with the builder required some follow-up on my part during the project, but overall, it was a positive experience. Given the exceptional quality and execution of the design, I highly recommend Atlanta Porch and Patio to others."

"It went well. I submitted a request and I was given an option for an appointment either that evening or the next morning. The guy showed up early the next morning and politely asked what my problems were. He continued to check out issues and within about an hour we were figuring prices and ways that would be best for me to fix the issues. They were kind, fast, and even gave me a check for referring my aunt. They were great and I would definitely refer to any of my loved ones."

"Yes, he did a fantastic job!"

"Everyone at Outback was knowledgeable in the construction, and products used to build our deck and porch. We were provided with many options and able to make the choices we wanted for the project. They were able to handle the underdeck and hardscape work as well! Communication was great and because they made a good plan before starting the project, all of our expectations were met without a bunch of extra costs along the way. If you are as picky as I am, and you want it done right, I would recommend Outback Deck."
