"This is the ONLY appliance repair company that called me back, and they were so prompt and amazing to work with. Warren was in touch with me continually, and flexible when it came to organizing a convenient time for both of us to assess the problem with my washer. Although he could not find the part anywhere to fix my 7 year old Maytag washer, he did offer options including finding a refurbished part. In addition, he offered professional advice when I asked him what to do next, and what brands he would recommend if we bought new. I would highly recommend talking to Warren-he was so helpful and a pleasure to work with!"

"BRANDON ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE. I WAS ALREADY STRESSING OVER THE FACT THAT ANOTHER PERSON HAD COME OUT A MONTH AGO AND SAID THE WASHER NEEDED A NEW SEAL. TOOK $175 TOWARD REPAIR, THEN LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY. BRANDON DETERMINED THE WASHER IS FINE. JUST TOO HEAVY A LOAD BEING WASHED. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND SAID IF YHE PEOBLEM ARISES AGAIN, HE WOULD COME BACK FREE OF CHARGE!! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!"

"Rhonnie came out to service our dryer recently and was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He had our dryer up and running again within an hour or so. It was also reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend his service."

"This is the 2nd time I have had Luckner out to diagnose and repair my washing machine. I had a brand new Electrolux washer installed by Electrolux 10 days ago. They replaced the water hoses with hoses that were inferior after I asked them to use the ones I had. One of the hoses had a kink in it and was restricting the water supply. Luckner put my original hoses onto the new machine and the problem was solved. He will forever be my Electrolux repair man! Thanks so much Luckner! My husband and I truly appreciate your top notch service!"

"I spoke with Dion and told him the problem I was having with my stove, he asked for the brand name which I provided to him. We scheduled an appointment for today. He called in advance before arriving; upon his arrival inspected my stove, showed and explained what the problem was, he also informed me of the cost and had the part on hand. After repairing he made sure my oven was working properly. Dion was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Will use him again and recommend his services to friends and family."

"Fast response to my call. Next day repair. On time and fixed my dryer at a fair price. Highly recommend this company."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."
