"Had poor communication from the provider. I had to call mid day of the scheduled date of service to get an ETA or arrival which was vague. The had to call again a few hours later for another ETA and provider stated they were stuck in traffic. Called again an hour later and provider was still 15 to 20 minutes out. By this time it was already late in the afternoon and I had taken a day off work which I will not get paid for so I told them to cancel the service."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
