"Beaubien & Company exceeded our expectations. We hired them to replace our existing deck and add a connected screen porch. The job turned out beautifully. Mark, the salesperson worked hard to get our business mainly because I insisted the contract be detailed to prevent any misunderstandings. Bruno, the job foreman, is a skilled craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He was a pleasure to work with. John, the owner of the company, was also a pleasure to work with. The permit and drawings required by the city of Alpharetta were included in the price of the contract. Bruno, John and Mark are experienced with Alpharetta code. As a result, the inspector only found minor issues which were easy to correct at no additional cost. John will not nickel and dime you. I requested that molding be added to the underside of the deck, replace a few Hardieplank (siding boards that were not damaged during deck construction), add an extra electrical outlet, and dimmer switch.
