"WOW. I can't speak highly enough about this team of incredibly hard-working and talented folks and am so happy with the final product. He was prepared to do the work right then, which was a plus for me. He cleaned and sealed the tile in my kitchen, kitchen floors and hallway and bathroom. "They were very efficient as far as coming and getting this done. We had a few little issues but they did honor the warranty. There was a flaw in the origin carpet but they replaced the carpet that they did in entire house. They said that the guy we’re dealing was a little troublesome. We finally got to their home office and they made good with the couple of problems that we still have. Overall, as far as the final cut and baseboard that they put in, I’m satisfied with it. I have a little concern with the replacement. The installers did few things that needed to be repaired and they were good with it. The pricing was good."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
