His communication was top notch, always responding to our calls and texts quickly and keeping us in the loop and up to date with plans and progress. He was knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. He was able to troubleshoot effectively and helped us navigate the home renovation process. We really enjoyed working with him and are thrilled with the final results. The addition looks fantastic and he was able to do it all within our budget. We have recommended him to everyone and won’t hesitate to use him for any future projects."

They were easy to work with, even coming out on Saturday or Sunday, or the evenings - whatever worked with my schedule. They are really friendly, helpful and easy to get along with. "They installed our dishwasher where there used to be a cabinet. Our house did not have a dishwasher before so we had gotten the electrical done before Titan came. They installed the plumbing, the dishwasher, made it all look clean and nice by filling in the gaps beside the dishwasher, and installed our counter top all for a very reasonable price! They were very friendly, great at communicating, and made sure we were satisfied with the job when it was completed. I would highly recommend"

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"I started the remodel myself and made a mess of a few things but Cougar Development Corp was able to repair my mistakes and give us a finished product that we can be happy to have our guests use. The vanity and shelving look amazing and the trim work done throughout is fantastic. At the end of the project I even requested caulking throughout to prepare for the paint due to my lack of equipment and they did it quickly and perfectly.
