About an hour later he called to say he was on his way and he was at my house about 20 minutes later. He went up in the attic and came down with an electrical outlet and said hereâ s your problem. An outlet that costs $1.60 to which I replied, you could have charged me $1000. And I would have paid it. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find. My unit was 22 years old so I scheduled a complete replacement and Iâ m more than happy with work quality , professionalism , and price ! Prompt, professional, and courteous company that I highly recommend!!"

I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"
