Yes there were some drips from prior paint jobs, but the ones I am cleaning up now are the colors she painted with, and very different from the old paint. In addition, she agreed to delay painting our stair risers until after the starts were sanded and stained. no problem she said. We agreed on a time and date, and she didn't show.
