"Very helpful - answered my call right away. Jim was very knowledgable about my hot water heater problem. Pro Plumbers provided very timely and very professional work to repair my hot water heaters."

"The company came within 2 hours of contact and inspected my water heater. We received a quote before the plumber left. The next day, Jacob the plumber, followed up with me to see if I still needed their services. I called him back to let him know that I did. Within 2 hours he was back at my house to replace the water heater. He was done replacing the water heater within 2 hours! I haven’t had any issues since the repair. Thank you Plumbing System Pro for your awesome service!!"

"We discovered a leak yesterday afternoon on our toilet.  We called Heaton Plumbing and they made us their first call this morning. In under an hour the problem was fixed.  The two gentlemen that came were courteous and very professional!  They even left me an estimate for future repairs that they saw we're going to need.  Couldn't be happier with the service!  If you want true professionals to come and take care of your plumbing needs, call these guys!"

"The gentleman did an okay job at flushing my water heater , however he spilled water in my attic which then leaked over my bathroom and tried to convince me it rained and my roof was leaking. At the end, he hired some guys to replace the ceiling in the bathroom at the company expense."

"They fixed my grandmother's hot water heater and now she does not have to boil water they did a great job and very respectful."

"Showed up early. Stayed 2 hours explaining and listening to our questions. 2 days later showed up on time with a crew and spent the day removing and installing the new tankless water heater"

"Emanuel was great professional. Very mindful of the house and his equipment. They installed a tankless water heater replacing my 2, 40 gal. tank water heaters in my attic. Pricing was reasonable, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. They did it in a very acceptable time. Explained and answered all my questions with no problems. Left every thing clean! I would definitely hire them again for my next plumbing job."

"Did a great job with a challenging situation. Chris spent time figuring out several options for me. They went ahead and relocated the new tank water heater. It was a long job but it went very well. Chris and Evan were great, explained everything to me and cleared up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company. They pulled the required permit and the inspector said they’d done a good job. I will use them for my servicing now."

"I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself. I figured that while he was there, I'd ask some questions about our hot water supply. He checked our water heater to find it was 12 years old. It had never been serviced. The 12 years of sediment build up explained poor hot water supply. I asked about replacing with another tank and the cost for a tankless system. It was about 2½ times more expensive to put in a tankless system. The 40 gallon water heater was in our attic. The thought of a leak in tank, and the possibility of 40 gallons drenching the house - and the continued water supply trying to fill the leaking tank - was the 1st thought that came to mind. I'm looking towards retirement soon with no regular paycheck to replace a water heater. I asked myself "if I'm going to replace a water heater in the next 2 to 5 years, isn't NOW the time to do it?" We are planning to retire in our current home. The tankless system seemed to make sense for us now and into the next 10 to 20 years. I plan to have THIS hot water system regularly serviced so that we get more than 12 years use out of it. David and Jorge got all the parts and materials to replace the old water heater with the new tankless system. This included replacing the roof vent - tankless requires something different than a tank. I was home when they initially arrived and when we negotiated the replacement. I had to leave for work but my wife was there while they worked. She said they departed about 4 pm so it was an all - day job. Nobody replaces their water heater on a whim. Something bad has to happen - like a leak or no hot water. I got lucky. I replaced my hot water heater by talking to an experienced plumber about annoying issues. I got it replaced before something bad happening. Thanks David, Jorge, and the folks at Nick's."

"They repaired the problem after a 30 minute sales pitch on how other items in the condo were old and needed replacing even though they were not called out to check these items ie. water heater, toilets, & faucets. They were too much of a salesman and did not get down to the major issue we had at hand."
